Vauxhall / Opel CD30, 40 & 70 Radio's Decode / Divorced / Married / Display Safe, Radio Safe
-
Brilliant Service - First ClassHad display safe on our car radio, which stopped the radio working correctly. So, I sent my radio and display to Crash Data Reset where they were able to divorce and remarry the radio to our Astra - even though we didn't have the CarPass in the handbook. It arrived back in the post a couple of days later, and once refitted, it was all working great. Absolutely fantastic service – I will definitely return in the future if I have the need.

Is your radio showing display or radio safe?
Have you bought a CD30, 40 or 70 radio for your Vauxhall or Opel car and need the code?
The radios fitted to Vauxhall's and Opel's vehicle's from about 2004 were paired to the display and the vehicle with a security code, ( this was know as Married/ Paired) this meant if you bought a radio from another vauxhall/Opel car and plugged it in this would show the error after about 7 seconds of display safe on the display and not work.
So what can you do about this?? Simple:
You have three options,
1) Divorce radio, we will divorce it from the original vehicle ready for you to recode back into your vehicle. (You will need your car pass and either opcom or tech 2 vauxhall programmer)
2) Divorce and recode into your original vehicle (Carpass & Original LCD Display Required)
Carpass is the little card normally found in the drivers pack with a security code written on it.
3) Divorce and recode radio where you don't have the CarPass security card, our solution works out cheaper than going to Vauxhall for the radio CarPass,
(will need the LCD display from your vehicle sending with the radio)
Just select the option above and post your radio or radio and LCD display to us for a quick turn around, you can drop this off at our address but please get in touch before hand.
