PAYMENT
1.17 All payments of sales from this website either over the internet or by phone must be made through PayPal, a paypal account is not required and most major credit cards will be taken. No work will be undertaken or ecu's posted back to the customer without first receiving a payment. All information transfered between our site and Paypal will be sent using 128/256 bit secure encryption. Any information between you and Paypal will be covered under Paypal secure encryption system. Always check for the padlock icon in your browser.

CANCELLATIONS

1.18 If you decide to cancel this service before sending your Airbag ECU to us then let us know by email or through your account and we will make arrangements to refund all your money back providing no charge has been passed on to us otherwise a small fee maybe deducted from your total refund.
1.19 
After we have received your Air bag ECU a refund will only be given if crash data has not been removed from your ECU and on this occasion the ecu must be returned to us for any changes to be reverted back,  the way it was when we first received it. All Postage charges to be covered by the customer. We reserve the right to levy a £5 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

FORCE MAJEURE

1.21 Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
